Running with Rocco

Attention all Running with Rocco Runners:

Running with Rocco is combining your two favorite things at Learwood: RUNNING and ROCCO!

Back by popular demand, Running with Rocco is coming at ya! Time to get ready for the upcoming Track & Field season—here’s the schedule for the next couple of weeks. Make sure you’re in shape and ready to go! If you can’t make a session, make sure to run on your own! Check the Learwood CC blog site for days, times, and distances to run!

·         Friday, January 22nd                3 – 4 p.m.        Learwood        10 – 20 minutes
·         Saturday, January 23rd            10 – 11 a.m.    ALHS Track      14 – 24 minutes

·         Tuesday, January 26th             3 – 4 p.m.        Learwood        12 – 22 minutes
·         Thursday, January 28th            3 – 4 p.m.        Learwood        16 – 26 minutes
·         Saturday, January 30th            10 – 11 a.m.    ALHS Track      14 – 24 minutes

Running with Rocco

Attention all Running with Rocco Runners:

Attention all Track & Cross Country athletes: now is the time to start your training for the upcoming Track & Field season! Here is the schedule for the next couple of weeks. It is imperative that you keep up with your pre-season running! If you can't make a session, please make sure to run on your own! Check the Learwood CC blog site for days, times, and distances to run (if you can't make it to a session).
·         Thursday, January 7th                     3 – 4 p.m.            Learwood            12 – 20 minutes
·         Friday, January 8th                          3 – 4 p.m.            Learwood            20 – 30 minutes
·         Saturday, January 9th                    10 – 11 a.m.        ALHS Track           14 – 24 minutes

·         Tuesday, January 12th                     3 – 4 p.m.            Learwood            12 – 22 minutes

·         Thursday, January 14th                   3 – 4 p.m.            Learwood            24 – 34 minutes
