Distance Running Times: Week of March 6th

In addition to this week's track conditioning, distance athletes are required to run three times on their own this week. Athletes can meet together if they'd like, but it will be entirely on their own (Coach Rocco will be at regular track practice). Try to get your runs in on days you will NOT be at track practice this week. Also, we will be running on Saturday as well. If you cannot attend Saturday's hill work session, you must run on your own.

These workouts are low-intensity, but you must get some running in this week. We will be starting time trials next week, so be prepared!

  • Session #1     14 - 24 minutes 
  • Session #2     18 - 28 minutes 
  • Session #3     16 - 26 minutes
  • If you can't make it to Saturday's session, run 20 - 30 minutes on your own
  • All athletes: rest on Sunday
