End of Season Pizza Party

Our end-of-season pizza party will be tomorrow after school. Here are a few notes regarding that, along with some notes regarding the end of our season:

• Please bring your $3 for pizza if you have not already done so
• We will be providing paper plates, napkins, and water (extras from the team dinners)
• If you'd like to bring something else to drink you are always welcome to
• If possible, bring your uniform (please wash it before returning)...we'll start collecting and organizing them (we'd like to see about getting more new uniforms so we want to start taking inventory)
• If you can't wash your uniform by tomorrow, then turn it in to either Coach Peepers or Coach Walters in a bag with your name on it by Friday
• The dinner won't last too long, we should be wrapping up around 3:30 p.m.
• I'm going to go through stats for this season and I'll be updating our top times on our record board, and I'll text the information to you all soon as well!
• At some point soon I'll be archiving REMIND until we start preparing for next cross country season, but if you need to contact me just email at rob.rocco@avonlakecityschools.org

Cross Country Update & Practice Schedule

Hey Everyone:

Here's a few updates regarding the team:

• We have a few missing items from the Tiffin meet, we'll bring them to practice this week.
• A few athletes mentioned they were missing some apparel from the Avon Lake Early Bird meet, if you could check to see if you picked up shirts that aren't yours, that would be great...bring them to practice this week and let the coaching staff know.
• I apologize for this, but I've been in communication with our apparel distributor for 4 weeks now (this is now the fifth week)...I'll keep at it but next season we'll have to go with someone else for apparel. It's not looking good for this season (unless we want to get our orders after the season), but we'll see.
• We looked into getting in to two separate meets this week but both meets were full, so we're going to run a special practice this Friday at the Rocky River Metro-parks. The updated competition schedule can be found here: COMPETITION SCHEDULE
• Parents have uploaded pictures from the Tiffin Carnival, the pictures can be found here: TEAM PICTURES
• This week's practice schedule will vary a bit, time-wise. Here's the schedule for this week:
• Monday           3:15 - 4:45 p.m. 
• Tuesday           3:15 - 4:15 p.m.
• Wednesday     3:15 - 4:45 p.m.
• Thursday         3:15 - 4:45 p.m.
• Friday              3:15 - 5:30 p.m. (we're taking buses to Rocky River Metro-Parks)
