Athletes:
Here's today's workout. While we can't meet as a team you are allowed to meet up with your teammates on your own and complete this...be ready for Tiffin:
- 5 minute light jog warm-up
- 18 minutes at 80-85% HR max
- This is 166 - 177 bpm = 42 - 44 beats per 15 seconds
- Stop at the 10 minute mark to get your heart rate
- Stretch
