Running with Rocco continues
this week and next! 
Off-season running with Rocco
has already started. If you’re interested in running track, want to get in
shape for another sport, or just want to start a training regimen, then Running
with Rocco is for your! All distance runners are required to run 3 times a week
for 20-30 minutes a session, from now until the start of Track & Field
season. 
Here’s the updated schedule for
