Attention
all Track & Cross Country athletes: now is the time to start your training
for the upcoming Track & Field season! Here is the schedule for the next
couple of weeks. It is imperative that you keep up with your pre-season
running! If you can't make a session, please make sure to run on your own!
Check the Learwood CC blog site for days, times, and distances to run (if you
can't make it to a session).
