- Tuesday 1/9 3 - 4 p.m. Learwood
- Thursday 1/11 3 - 4 p.m. Learwood
- Saturday 1/13 9 - 10 a.m. ALHS Track/Weight Room
- Tuesday 1/16 3 - 4 p.m. Learwood
- Thursday 1/18 3 - 4 p.m. Learwood
- Friday 1/19 3 - 4 p.m. Learwood
- Saturday 1/20 9 - 10 a.m. ALHS Track/Weight Room
If you can't make it to a session, here are the times you should run:
- Tuesday 1/9 10 - 20 minutes
- Thursday 1/11 14 - 24 minutes
- Saturday 1/13 12 - 22 minutes
- Tuesday 1/16 16 - 26 minutes
- Thursday 1/18 14 - 24 minutes
- Friday 1/19 18 - 28 minutes
- Saturday 1/20 16 - 26 minutes
