Running with Rocco: Weeks of January 8th & 15th

Here is the schedule for the next two weeks of Running with Rocco:

  • Tuesday     1/9     3 - 4 p.m.     Learwood
  • Thursday    1/11   3 - 4 p.m.     Learwood
  • Saturday    1/13   9 - 10 a.m.    ALHS Track/Weight Room

  • Tuesday     1/16   3 - 4 p.m.     Learwood
  • Thursday    1/18   3 - 4 p.m.     Learwood
  • Friday        1/19   3 - 4 p.m.     Learwood
  • Saturday    1/20   9 - 10 a.m.    ALHS Track/Weight Room
If you can't make it to a session, here are the times you should run:

  • Tuesday     1/9     10 - 20 minutes
  • Thursday    1/11   14 - 24 minutes
  • Saturday    1/13    12 - 22 minutes

  • Tuesday     1/16   16 - 26 minutes
  • Thursday    1/18   14 - 24 minutes
  • Friday        1/19   18 - 28 minutes  
  • Saturday    1/20   16 - 26 minutes
