Work Hard, Work Smart, and Work Together (and do this everyday)

One thing I wanted to share with you is this video I stumbled on a few years ago. It's dated (you'll see the players are now on different teams, and we all miss Kobe Bryant), but it's still great. I had read a phenomenal book by University of North Carolina's head basketball coach Dean Smith, and I realized this video highlights his philosophy for his team: work hard, work smart, and work together (and do this consistently, every day). If you focus on those things, then winning and losing tends to take care of itself...and good things will happen. Win or lose, you can live with the results and you will be proud of yourself and your team.
