Running Club Update

Attention Track & Cross Country Runners:
 
Here is the Running Club Schedule for Winter Break. Remember, it is mandatory for runners to either run outside, run inside on a treadmill, or use an elliptical, for 30 minutes a day, three to four days a week. Even if you cannot attend any or all of the Running Club sessions, it is important to condition yourself for the upcoming Track & Field season. Any questions about Running Club or Track & Field, please see Coach Rocco in Room 404!
