Running Club

Attention all Running with Rocco Runners:
 
All Track & Field RUNNERS:
 
It’s time for you to start getting in shape for Track & Field season! We’ll be Running with Rocco to get us ready for our upcoming season! Here’s the schedule for the next couple of weeks. If you can’t make a session, make sure to run on your own! Check the Learwood CC blog site for days, times, and distances to run!
 
·         Tuesday, February 2nd             3 – 4 p.m.                    Learwood        18 – 28 minutes
·         Friday, February 3rd                3 – 4 p.m.                    Learwood        16 – 26 minutes
 
·         Tuesday, February 9th             3 – 4 p.m.                    Learwood        20 – 30 minutes
·         Friday, February 12th              3 – 4 p.m.                    Learwood        18 – 28 minutes
·         Saturday, February 13th          9:30 – 11:30 a.m.        Rocky River     22 – 32 minutes
