Running with Rocco

All Track & Field RUNNERS:

It’s time for you to start getting in shape for Track & Field season! We’ll be Running with Rocco to get us ready for our upcoming season! Here’s the schedule for the next couple of weeks. If you can’t make a session, make sure to run on your own! Check the Learwood CC blog site for days, times, and distances to run!

·         Tuesday, February 16th           3 – 4 p.m.                    Learwood                                20 – 30 minutes
·         Friday, February 19th              3 – 4 p.m.                    Learwood                                24 – 34 minutes
·         Saturday, February 20th          9:30 – 11:30 a.m.        Rocky River Metro-Parks        22 – 32 minutes

·         Tuesday, February 23rd           3 – 4 p.m.                    Learwood                                26 – 36 minutes
·         Thursday, February 25th          3 – 4 p.m.                    Learwood                                24 – 34 minutes
·         Friday, February 26th               3 – 4 p.m.                    Learwood                                28 – 38 minutes
Saturday, February 27th          9:30 – 11:30 a.m.        Rocky River Metro-Parks        26 – 36 minutes
