  • Apparel orders are now open, the deadline is Sunday, September 12th at 11:59 p.m. The link is in a previous post sent Friday, September 3rd.
Avon Meet (ATHLETES):
  • The Avon Meet on Thursday is going to have a lot of great competition. This is a perfect opportunity to practice racing against our SWC competitors!
  • Stay hydrated throughout the day, eat a healthy breakfast and lunch, and bring a snack for both after school (before the bus gets to Learwood) and for after the race.
  • We will be leaving Learwood at 3:15 p.m. and we should return around 7:30 p.m. (also returning to Learwood).
  • Bring sweats, 2 bottles of water, a sports drink (along with your snack), and some money. They will be selling concessions at this meet.
