Summer Running with Rocco

Cross Country Athletes & Parents:

I wanted to email you our Pre-season Cross Country schedule for the next 3 weeks. I'm also including distances for athletes to run if they cannot make it to a session. This is just jogging--nothing more at this point! It's very important that you're in proper running shape when we start our first official day of practice.

We will also be posting our Cross Country Conditioning Schedule in a couple of weeks. Conditioning begins Monday, July 20th, and our first official day of practice starts Monday, August 3rd. 

Also, I'm emailing everyone who's contacted me this summer or if you've signed up on the blog. If you haven't signed up yet, please make sure to do so. We will be updating the blog site regularly this summer, and then weekly when school starts. The blog site is our main form of communication for athletes & parents.     Monday, June 29th        9 - 10 a.m.             ALHS Track    10 - 20 minutes

    Tuesday, June 30th       8:30 - 9:30 a.m.     ALHS Track    14 - 24 minutes

    Wednesday, July 1st      8:30 - 9:30 a.m.     ALHS Track    12 - 22 minutes   

Week #2

    Monday, July 6th           8:30 - 9:30 a.m.     ALHS Track    16 - 26 minutes

    Tuesday, July 7th          8:30 - 9:30 a.m.     ALHS Track    14 - 24 minutes

    Wednesday, July 8th     8:30 - 9:30 a.m.     ALHS Track    18 - 28 minutes

Week #3

    Monday, July 13th         8:30 - 9:30 a.m.     ALHS Track    16 - 26 minutes

    Tuesday, July 14th        8:30 - 9:30 a.m.     ALHS Track    20 - 30 minutes

    Wednesday, July 15th    8:30 - 9:30 a.m.     ALHS Track    18 - 28 minutes
