Cross Country Athletes & Parents:
I’m emailing you our Cross Country Conditioning schedule for the next 2 weeks. I’m including distances for athletes to run if they cannot make it to a session. While we’re going to start doing some different types of workouts at this stage of the season, all you have to do is jog if you cannot make it to a conditioning session! But remember: it’s extremely important for you to be in proper running shape when we start our first official day of practice (Monday, August 3rd).
Conditioning will be Monday – Friday at the Avon Lake High School Track (we meet at the caboose). We will be meeting from 8:15 – 9:45 a.m.
Make sure to sign up on the blog if you haven’t yet (http://learwoodmiddleschoolcrosscountry.blogspot.com/), and please remember to fill out all paperwork by Friday, July 31st, so you can practice with the team on August 3rd! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!

Tuesday, July 21st 8:15 – 9:45 a.m. ALHS Track 22 – 32 minutes
Wednesday, July 22nd 8:15 – 9:45 a.m. ALHS Track 20 – 30 minutes
Thursday, July 23rd 8:15 – 9:45 a.m. ALHS Track 24 – 34 minutes
Friday, July 24th 8:15 – 9:45 a.m. ALHS Track 15 minutes
