SWC WEEK Practice Schedule

Here's the practice schedule for this week. We may end practice a little earlier than the posted times, but the times listed should be fairly accurate:

• Monday 10/9            Learwood     3:15 - 4:45 p.m.
• Tuesday 10/10          Learwood     3:15 - 4:45 p.m. 
• We'll have our SWC Team Meeting before practice
• Wednesday 10/11   No Practice Due to Conferences
• We'll send out a workout for everyone to complete
• Thursday 10/12        Kopf Reservation     4:15 - 5:15 p.m.    
• Friday 10/13             ALHS     10 - 11 a.m.
• Last practice of the season
• We may be done earlier for OPEN runners
• We will have a meeting afterward for TEAM runners
• EVERYONE competes at SWCs
